Who we serve

DDD members, at every age

Most of the people we see are Arizona DDD members — and communication doesn't stop mattering at 18. We work with children building their first sentences and with adults working toward independence, conversation, and being understood at work and in their community.

If you have a DDD support coordinator, we'll handle the authorization paperwork with them. If you're not sure what you qualify for, call us and we'll walk you through it.

Children & teens

Early language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and school-readiness goals.

Adults

Functional communication, independence, and being understood — at home, at work, in the community.

DDD authorizations

We coordinate directly with your support coordinator so therapy isn’t held up by paperwork.

AHCCCS & Medicare

We bill your plan directly for covered services. No surprise invoices.

What we do

Therapy built around real life

Every plan starts with an evaluation and ends with goals you'd actually notice being met.

Speech & language therapy

One-on-one therapy for articulation, expressive and receptive language, and social communication — built around goals that matter in real life.

Speech & language evaluations

Comprehensive evaluations to establish a baseline, qualify for services, and set a plan of care your team and DDD can act on.

In-home & natural environment

We come to you. Therapy works best where life happens — at home, with family in the room, practising skills where they get used.

Teletherapy

Secure video sessions when travel, health, or scheduling make in-person hard. Same therapist, same goals.

Family coaching & home programs

Every plan includes a home program, reviewed each session, so progress keeps going between visits.

Progress reporting for your team

Quarterly progress reports and documentation that meet DDD standards, shared with your support coordinator and PCP.

Questions

The things people ask us first

Do you take DDD?

Yes — DDD members are most of who we serve, children and adults. If you have a DDD support coordinator, we can take it from there and handle the authorization paperwork with them.

Do you see adults, or only kids?

Both. We serve DDD members across the lifespan — children, teens, and adults. Communication goals change with age, and so does the therapy.

What does it cost?

For DDD and AHCCCS members, covered services are billed directly to your plan — there is nothing out of pocket for authorized therapy. We offer a free initial consultation to see if we are the right fit.

Where do sessions happen?

Most often in your home, which is where skills actually get used. We also offer teletherapy, and can see people in the community or in clinic when that fits better.

How do we get started?

Send us your information and we will call you. If you are with DDD, we will coordinate with your support coordinator on the authorization. Most families are scheduled within a couple of weeks.

How long does therapy last?

It depends on the goals. We reassess every quarter with a written progress report, and we are honest with you about progress — including when it is time to discharge.
